Flu Vaccinations

The priority groups for the flu vaccination are as follows:

  • Children aged 2-5 years (nasal spray vaccination)(At Surgery Only)
  • Children in primary school P1-7 (Vaccinated in school)
  • All patients aged 65 or over
  • All patients with BMI>40 (Obesity)
  • All patients aged 6m-65y with:

        Chronic respiratory disease
        Chronic heart disease
        Chronic kidney disease
        Chronic liver disease
        Chronic neurological disease
        Diabetes
        Immunosuppression
        Asplenia or dysfunction of the spleen
        (Age 6m-2y and 12y-17y)( Nasal Spray Vaccination)(At Surgery Only)       

  • Pregnant women (Contact your Community Midwife)
  • Unpaid carers and young carers
